ihn besaitet mit D´Addario Pizzicato Strings (Low Tension). So besaitet liefert
er einen schönen jazzigen Ton mit langem Sustain. Flache
Saitenlage. Der Steg ist höhenverstellbar!

Hallo,
ich verkaufe einen Music Man Stingray Baujahr 1996.
Der Bass läßt sich sehr komfortabel und leicht spielen. Der Sound ist knackig,
satt und angenehm griffig in den
Mitten. Die Mitten sind die Stärke dieses Stingrays. Ich habe vorher keinen anderen
Stingray in der Hand gehabt, der so viel Gripp
hat.
Der Korpus ist aus Esche gefertigt und in cherryburst lackiert. Der Hals ist aus wunderschönem
Vogelaugenahorn gefertigt und mit
einem Palisandergriffbrett versehen.
Die Elektronik arbeitet 3 Bandig und sehr sparsam. Ich habe seit zwei Jahren die Batterie
nicht mehr gewechselt.
Der Bass ist ein Arbeitstier und so sieht er auch aus. Er hat die üblichen Kratzer
auf der Rückseite und die ein und andere Macke
am Korpus und Hals. Diese Macken sind nur optische Mankos und haben auf die Funktion
keinerlei Einfluss. Sie sind Zeugen für die Qualität des
Basses und das dieser gespielt wurde und nicht nur rum stand.
Der Bass wird mit einem original Music Man Gigbag geliefert.
